Rachael White - Recruiter, Industrial

The ‘Power of Positive’ is looking at all situations in a positive and optimistic way. There are so many things that are out of our control and it is our duty to adapt to the situation at hand and see things as positively as we can. By having a positive mindset, we will bring good things into our lives.

‘Rach’ was born in Knob Noster, Missouri and was raised Ohio before heading across the country to attend the University of California – Riverside, graduating with a BS in Business Administration. Our resident Valley Girl has started to convert to a true southerner – enjoying barbeque (eastern style, of course), pimento cheese and even throwing in a ‘y’all’ every once in a while. When Rachael is not busy placing candidates with our fantastic Industrial clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog (Maggie) hiking, fishing, binge watching Netflix or playing tennis.

Rachael enjoys volunteering events with Accentuate Staffing at both the Shepard’s Table Soup Kitchen as well as our Adopt-A-Highway site. This is fitting, as an Aquarius is known for engaging in activities that aim to make humanity better!
