Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an IT System Admin! This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with excellent pay. This position will be on-site in Morrisville, NC. Prior Server Patching and RMM software experience will be needed.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and deliver monthly Microsoft patch deployment through RMM software.
- Test patches prior to delivery to QA team to ensure viability.
- Maintain Active Directory organization units, Group Policy creation, modification, and deployment.
- Work with cybersecurity team to identify and plan remediation for off-schedule vulnerabilities.
- Build, update and deploy laptop images. Work with QA and Dev teams to remediate issues with images.
- User-level administration of Exchange Server and Outlook 365
- Assist in meeting audit requirements utilizing scripting software.
- Work with server virtualization and enterprise-level storage (SAN) as necessary
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and core software products, including Exchange, RMM software and Office365.
- Working knowledge of Group Policy creation, modification and deployment
- Proficiency in process automation through scripting (PowerShell, batch files) for audit request processing
- Excellent problem identification and analysis skills as well as ability to design and implement solutions.
- Organized approach to managing licensing for servers and associated software.
- Ability to multi-task and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
