Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an education company who is hiring a Web Developer to work in their Scoring Technologies Department. This is a contract to hire opportunity offering a competitive rate, working in a remote capacity with an office located in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate has previous web development experience working cross-functionally with other developers, quality assurance staff, business analysts, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of the full life cycle software development.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient, and documented source code.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Package and support deployment of releases.
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Visual Studio, Microsoft Office, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, and/or comparable.
- Familiar with Subversion, CruiseControl.NET, or TFS (Not required but preferred)
- Experience with or a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with or a solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts
- Experience with Windows OS
