Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading building materials company in Charlotte who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6am-4pm Monday-Thursday, and 6am-12:30pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising up to 14 direct reports ranging from warehouse and manufacturing associates to CDL and non CDL drivers
- Supervisor will manage work schedules as well as project progress
- Supervisor will manage inventory for materials, tools, and equipment
- Supervisor will schedule deliveries and assist in loading trucks as necessary
- Supervisor will train and onboard warehouse employees as well as conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans
- Supervisor will maintain vehicle fleet and ensure scheduled maintenance is performed on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years warehouse and distribution background, leadership experience required
- Must have knowledge of NC DOT requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a non climate controlled environment and lifting up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Must have a valid NC Driver’s License
- Candidate must be computer savvy
- Bilingual a plus!
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
