Accentuate Staffing is assisting a locally owned medical supply provider in the Holly Springs area who is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a great direct hire opportunity working on 1st shift, 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the warehouse team in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments of medical equipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and manage the processing of returned equipment, conducting inspections for damage, performing necessary repairs or maintenance, and updating inventory records accordingly.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to safely load and unload shipments, ensuring proper storage and optimal utilization of warehouse space.
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management practices, including accurate stock counts, organization of storage areas, and rotation of stock as needed.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff, conducting regular performance evaluations, offering training opportunities, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all warehouse team members.
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and any issues requiring attention.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or technical training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong forklift operation skills and valid certification for sit-down forklift operation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy medical equipment as required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Driver’s License
