Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical distributor in the Durham area who is hiring a Warehouse Replenishment Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the replenishment department. This is a fantastic direct hire opportunity working on 1st shift, 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the replenishment team to ensure timely and accurate put-away of incoming materials.
- Coordinate with inventory control, purchasing, and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor inventory movement, ensuring products are properly labeled, stored, and replenished in alignment with demand.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies within replenishment operations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze replenishment data and trends to improve forecasting and stock allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to address stock shortages, overages, or product availability concerns.
- Prepare and submit reports on replenishment activities, inventory levels, and process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance replenishment efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse replenishment, inventory management, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ASW, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
