Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinator to join an established company in Raleigh. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse by providing clerical and administrative assistance. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth functioning of our warehouse facility. The role is Monday – Friday and will require OT some Saturdays from 7am – 2 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Assists with processes and customer questions
- Assembles and tracks customer orders
- Customer account management to include:
- Invoicing ,inventory and transfers
- Ensure all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for
- Perform administrative duties including computer work, mail distribution, reception and office correspondence
- Ship, receive, verify and process orders
- Remove products or inventory to and from large trucks, stack, shelves and maintain organized inventory in order of need
- Prepare documents, bills of lading and shipment paperwork
Requirements:
- Familiarity with project coordination techniques and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
- Previous experience as a warehouse admin.
- Typing proficiency to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Experience with order entry processes for inventory management.
- Ability to provide excellent customer support and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with ZENDESK and MONDAY.COM is a plus
