Accentuate Staffing is excited to partner with a cutting-edge EdTech company hiring a dynamic leader to head their business development team. This company develops engaging science games for K-12 students and is looking for someone to work remotely as they extend their reach across the nation. Through interactive science games, they partner with educators to make learning fun and promote engagement and independent learning in science and chemistry.

In this role, your impact extends beyond sales: You’ll play a key role in overseeing customer success and marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a data-driven leader with experience building high-performing teams and developing strategies that propel business growth. Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and empower a diverse team, fostering a growth mindset and professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand reach and market share within the K-12 science education space.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to keep the business at the forefront of EdTech advancements.
  • Build lasting partnerships with schools, districts, and key stakeholders in the education sector.
  • Oversee customer support functions and ensure products meet state requirements.
  • Leverage data insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a history of exceeding sales targets, achieving revenue growth, and developing successful teams.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and clearly articulate ideas.
  • Proven ability to leverage data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities and develop data-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies (familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, a plus).
  • Passion for education and a strong understanding of the EdTech landscape (bonus)
