
Technical Service Coordinator
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator for one of our clients in Fuquay Varina, NC! Responsibilities:
- Process warranty requests & claims via all media channels quickly & effectively while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and detail.
- Thorough call center skills for warranty processing to assist with daily call volume and day to day operations.
- Monitor the progress of warranty claims and follow-up with service agents and customers to ensure timely completion of repairs and escalate issues when as needed.
- Aid the Technical Service Manager on assigned tasks to support overall team functions.
- Assist and support the Technical Service Team in their day-to-day activities.
- Effectively communicate to Customers, Dealers, and Sales team via email and phone daily.
- Identify and escalate support situations requiring urgent attention.
- Must be able to adapt to a demanding environment and adapt well to change.
- Take ownership of overall processes thru completion and provide input to achieve service goals of the team.
- Process part returns, claims corrections, and track delivery of warranty parts order as needed for current day claims.
- Understanding of product features, potential issues, and warranty terms related to the company’s products.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years related experience in customer experience/warranty processing or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of computer options and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage the high volume of detailed transactions accurately.
- Must be initiative-taking with respect to working with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Prior experience with warranty and claims processes and familiarity with warranty management software applications preferred.
- Type 30 to 40 words per minute.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Commercial cooking product knowledge is a plus.
