Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Support Specialist to join a growing cloud-based software company located in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance externally, to both current and prospective customers, as well as internally. This will be focused in Office 365, G Suite, and public cloud. Previous Cloud experience is a huge plus. Responsibilities:

  • Identify needs for customers and consult on solutions for those needs while continually highlighting and advancing process improvements.
  • Recommend procurement of tools in order to resolve customer issues.
  • Resolve endpoint and mobile device issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate on sales engineering support and promotion.
  • Perform customer requirements gathering, monitoring and answering requests for assistance.
  • Coordinate customer communication and scheduling.
  • Perform internal system audits, data entry, Quote and Agreement reviews.
  • Use internal systems to document all requests, solutions and time accounting.
  • Resolve tickets after hours and be on-call for emergency issues on a rotation basis.
  • Resolve open requests for assistance based on SLA guidelines.
  • Uses a variety of tools and information to monitor and report on systemic issues and highlight to management areas for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team based environment and be detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft and Mac operating systems. Expert at administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting a number of cloud computing solutions including G Suite and Office 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server, Mac OS X, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of iPhone, Android and Windows mobile devices.
  • In-depth knowledge of DNS systems
  • In-depth knowledge of file sharing systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of proficient support experience in the Information Technology field with specific emphasis on Microsoft software infrastructure and mobile devices.
  • Experience supporting Cloud Computing and SaaS solutions.
