Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a telecommunications company that is hiring a Support Engineer to assist clients by providing support services to ensure reliable and secure communications systems in the Raleigh-Durham area. This is a great opportunity to join a premier telecom company, that has been in business for nearly 30 years!
We’re looking for someone who is interested in a full-time opportunity and has reliable transportation to travel onsite to assist small to medium-sized businesses across the RTP area. Some of this work will be done remotely, either from home or the Youngsville, NC, office location.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll configure, implement and maintain data network switches, firewalls, and routers.
- You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing servers, computers, peripherals, and related software.
- Support VMWARE and VoIP infrastructure
Requirements:
- Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing systems
- Possess the skills to provide technical support across various systems and applications.
- Effectively communicate with clients to provide training and technical support.
- Extra consideration for those with technical certifications from manufacturers and software providers.
