Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Staff Accountant for our global client in Cary, NC. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with excellent benefits. The Covid 19 vaccine is required to work for this company.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting and closing activities
- Analyze project budgets and investigate variances
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Create, distribute, and utilize the monthly departmental budget reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Adherence to internal control standards and procedures
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required and 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with JD Edwards a plus
