Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Solutions Engineer to join a growing software company located in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting cloud solutions for vendors focused in Office 365, G Suite, and Azure. Responsibilities:
- Lead cloud deployment projects and enforce standard deployment process and scope
- Install and configure software at desktop and server level where applicable
- Assist customer or customer’s support vendor(s) with configuration of on-premise systems: servers, networking, legacy systems
- Assist sales team with designing customer solutions and scoping projects accurately
- Remain up-to-date on required certifications and on industry trends
- Resolve escalated tickets and work with vendor where necessary
- Troubleshoot desktop, server, and mobile issues for end-users
- Use internal systems to document all requests and projects
- Resolve technical issues over the phone or remotely after hours and be on-call for emergency issues on a rotation basis
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment and be detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
- Knowledge of Office 365 and/or G Suite; Azure
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of mobile devices – Android and iOS
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge of DNS
