Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established equipment distributor who is hiring a Service Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Service Technician will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on equipment.
- Technician will utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to maintain and install parts.
- Technician will perform quality checks and inspections to ensure the accuracy and functionality of parts.
- Technician will perform testing, configuring equipment.
- Technician will perform camera installation.
- Technician will perform routine mechanical maintenance.
- Technician will perform pre-delivery inspections.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3+ years experience in a service technician or installation role.
- Candidates must have experience in testing and troubleshooting electromechanical systems, wire harnesses, custom cables, mechanical assembly, and disassembly.
- Candidates must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Candidates must be familiar with using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment used in mechanical assembly.
- Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical degree a plus.
