Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer in the Apex area recruit for a Senior Metrology Engineering Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working on 1st shift, Monday-Friday. CMM Programming experience required!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct measurements using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts and products meet specifications.
- Utilize and program Coordinated Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Detect and report any defects or issues with equipment or products.
- Maintain accurate records of all measurements and inspections.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure that all products and equipment meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Must have strong CMM knowledge to include programming
- Extensive QA/QC background
- Proficient in GD&T
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and report defects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
