Accentuate Staffing is working with a client that’s hiring a Senior Information Systems Analyst to join their team in Clayton, NC. This is a direct-hire, hybrid position with a competitive salary and benefits package. We are looking for someone with experience implementing and administering infrastructure systems and a strong understanding of security best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Lead IT efforts on site projects and manage internal and external IS analysts
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to IS analysts
- Ensure compliance with local site IT security procedures
- Translate the business needs and functions into IT solutions
- Identify IT gaps and recommend strategic technical solutions
- Ensure the installation, troubleshooting, qualification, and validation of equipment and systems
Requirements:
- BA/BS in information technology or related field with minimum five (5) years of related experience or ten (10) years of direct experience
- Practical experience in implementing and administering Enterprise level infrastructure systems
- Experience with active directory, virtualization, storage, server administration, remote desktop services, networking, and/or disaster recovery
- Certification in an infrastructure services, security, or networking discipline
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft networking principles and concepts
- Experience authoring IT proposals, requirements, and specifications
- Special preference for candidates with experience in all aspects of IT infrastructure management, including troubleshooting, solution design, policy development, operations, and disaster recovery
