Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an awesome pharmaceutical manufacturer who is hiring for a Second Shift QC Lab Supervisor. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive salary and benefits working onsite. The ideal candidate has the proven ability to lead a team of chemists in GMP-regulated, quality control laboratory.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising team of analytical chemists, ensuring continuous compliance to all regulatory standards.
- Provide support in training lab analysts.
- Maintain and review technical documentation related to the laboratory, generating reports as required.
- Assisting chemists with troubleshooting instruments, preventative maintenance and operational qualifications of laboratory equipment.
Requirements:
- BS degree within a scientific field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated, quality control laboratory
- 1+ years of lead/supervisory experience related to quality control and analytical chemistry.
- Good documentation practices and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
