Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturer who is looking for a Quality Assurance to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity, working 1st shift hours.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Technician will perform internal audits and document findings accordingly
- QA Tech will assist with coordination of external audits
- QA Tech will calibrate equipment
- QA Tech will assist with quality inspections on electrical components, welds, etc. as needed
- QA Tech will work with a team to resolve corrective action items and identify any area of process improvement
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 2 year quality assurance background
- Candidates must have previous experience with conducting internal quality audits, documenting findings and presenting findings to management
- Candidates must be able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
- Candidates must be able to use calibration and testing equipment
- Candidates must be computer savvy
- Candidates must be able to work independently and have good written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
