Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of agricultural products in Wilson, NC who is hiring a Quality Assurance Lead to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, as well as some 2nd shift hours during peak season, offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Lead will oversee Quality Lab Operations directing team, providing leadership, and guidance
- Lead will ensure in process and finished products meet customer specifications
- Lead will investigate all customer quality issues
- Lead will generate reports, maintain calibration records
- Lead will assist to improve ISO 9001 QMS
- Lead will correspond with Production, Shipping, and Management on any issues
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 2-3 years laboratory testing background with 1 plus years Leadership experience
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Candidates must have experience with quality tests, investigations, and validations
- Bachelors degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
