Accentuate Staffing is seeking a QC Chemist to work with a pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Raleigh area. This is contract to hire opportunity will be working onsite. The ideal candidate has experience with method validations and transfers in GMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Performing method verifications, validations and transfers for the QC Lab to support technology transfers to the manufacturing site
- Performing and reviewing instrument qualifications
- Authoring and implementing SOPs, study protocols and reports for the QC Lab
- Identify and document deviations
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific field
- 2+ years of experience performing method validations, verifications and transfers in a GMP-regulated environment
- Ability to perform QC analyses with various instruments such as; wet chemistry, HPLC and GC
- Must be able to perform both instrument and software qualifications
- Ability to write SOPs from scratch while adhering to all applicable regulations and guidelines
