Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join a construction client in Cary, NC. The Purchasing Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate pricing, managing vendor relationships, and supporting project needs. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented individual looking to transition into the procurement industry. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile product data sheets and material safety data sheets for projects
  • Enter job special pricing, track job pricing increases, and track job awards.
  • Update vendor pricing in system and on order forms
  • Issue purchase orders for rental equipment.
  • Process equipment rental invoices.
  • Reconcile department credit card monthly.
  • Assist in soliciting quotes and compiling bid request with guidance from the Purchasing Agent.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • General knowledge of planning and purchasing processes, including inventory management and supplier negotiations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail
