Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Cary area who is hiring a Production Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1st shift Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and inspect products according to established manufacturing procedures.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment, ensuring efficiency and quality output.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different roles and responsibilities across the production floor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in production assembly or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different roles and responsibilities across the production floor.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
