Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational goals.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance and maintenance, to address any production challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance outcomes.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years leadership background in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Candidates must have production scheduling experience.
• Ability to effectively manage assembly and packing processes.
• Must have strong computer skills including experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish a plus.
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
