Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established food/beverage manufacturer Garner area who is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire position working on 1st shift, 6am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Production Supervisor is responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery and equipment
- Supervisor is responsible for setting up and continuously monitoring equipment
- Supervisor is responsible for communicating with and managing employees’ in regards to performance expectations, offering support, and providing guidance as needed
- Supervisor is responsible for documenting all necessary paperwork
- Supervisor is responsible for interviewing and training new employees
Requirements:
- Production supervisor must have 2 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Supervisor must have previous experience in interviewing and training employees as well as conducting performance reviews and performance improvement plans
- Knowledge of FDA regulations strongly preferred
- Supervisor must have a strong attention to detail
- Supervisor must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
