Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer of cabling products who is looking for a Shipping Account Manager to join their team. This is a temp to hire opportunity working 1st shift hours.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor customer order status, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory levels
- Track shipments and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement
- Prioritize orders based on inventory quantities, customer delivery schedules etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- 3+ years experience in shipping, inventory, customer management required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Business to Business experience preferred.
