Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a commercial printing company in Rocky Mount,  NC.  This role will be primarily responsible for supporting & managing customer projects from beginning to end.  In this role you will manage the customer’s project while communicating effectively with your supported Sales Rep and internal Operations team by  managing and maintaining overall customer relations through project accuracy, communication, and service.  The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service and project management for all internal and external customers with in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively  manage customer printing projects from start to finish
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and offer solutions to problems.
  • Assist customers with order processing, including order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Uphold the company’s customer service standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Must have 3-5 years  customer service experience in printing/graphic industry
  • Knowledge of graphic design and printing terminology  in relations to  brochures, pamphlets, booklets, flyers, business cards and more
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a desire to assist others.
  • Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn about our products/services.
