Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Hybrid Payment Posting Specialist for one of our manufacturing clients in the Raleigh area. The Payment Posting Specialist will be responsible for the daily cash posting to customer accounts. This is a temp to hire hybrid role with room for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Applying lockbox and ACH payments & invoice matching
- Compile information, data entry, and report pulling as needed regarding customer payments
- Maintaining contracts and pricing for multiple customers at one time
- Load and review customer data regarding contracts and identify errors or updates that need to be taken care of
- Communicate with customers and sales team as needed
- Work with various departments across the organization
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required
- Minimum 2 years in accounting, finance, contract, cash applications
- Knowledge of manufacturing contracts/contract review and adjustments
- Experience with invoicing, cash handling, & ACH payments
- Ability to review data for accuracy and updates
- Proficient in MS Office & 10key skills
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check upon hire
