Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for a well-established law firm in Raleigh. This role will oversee a variety of administrative and accounting duties, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate and maintain billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely client billing.
  • Provide support with HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports for partner review.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, clients, and other external parties.
  • Assist in organizing office events, employee onboarding, and various office activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an Office Manager role or similar administrative position, ideally in a law firm or legal setting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
  • Solid understanding of billing, invoicing, and financial reporting practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with legal billing systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
