Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Manager for a client in the Wake Forest area. This position will be 100% remote, but is required to be in the Triangle area for occasional in-person tasks. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to handle various administrative tasks and support their land development projects. This role requires someone who can work efficiently, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and effectively communicate with vendors and local authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Document Handling: Visit the PO Box and manage incoming mail. Go to the office approximately once a month for administrative tasks.
- Banking and Payments: Collect and take checks to the bank as required.
- QuickBooks and Data Entry: Perform light data entry and end-of-month reconciliations using QuickBooks.
- Project Management: Coordinate various tasks related to land development projects, such as researching companies, scheduling calls for quotes, and facilitating communication between vendors and the company owner
- Permit Assistance: Aid in the process of pulling permits for land development projects.
Requirements:
- Proximity to Raleigh/Wake Forest area for occasional in-person tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, county officials, and the company owner.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work between 30-40 hours as per business needs.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or project management role is an advantage.
