Accentuate Staffing is seeking an Office Administrator to join a client in Cary, NC. The Office Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting project management activities. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for local office
  • Manage incoming calls and greet visitors.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project manuals
  • Manage purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Handle the processing of new hires, including coordinating drug screenings, issuing personal protective equipment, and managing employment forms.
  • Maintain telephone, computer, and management information systems and other office equipment in good working order
  • Assist project managers with various tasks, including daily reports, billing, document management, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business administration with knowledge of construction processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Viewpoint or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills
