Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking full time, hybrid Office Administrator for a consulting firm in Raleigh, NC. You would be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This temp to hire opportunity demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel plans for consultants and staff.
  • Interface with clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, serving as the first point of contact.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling mail, and overseeing office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain and organize office documents, files, and records.
  • Monitor and update the office calendar.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for meetings, both internally and with clients.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite, including email and calendar management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
