Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a Mortgage Compliance Analyst for a growing financial and mortgage team in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all company compliance information in adherence with ECOA and FCRA
- Responsible for managing all proper coding for all files
- Assist in fair lending monitoring and testing
- Handle all withdrawn and adverse action files to ensure appropriate timeline of documentation sent
- Act as a resource for team for any compliance questions or concerns
- Handle heavy reporting and updates to team regarding compliance information
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry; compliance experience preferable
- Extreme attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skill set
- Knowledge of Encompass preferred
- High School diploma required
