We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Integration Specialist to join their growing team. As a key player in the healthcare technology team, you’ll leverage your IT expertise to ensure the successful integration of innovative medical technology.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage device integration with hospital information systems.
- Providing technical support and training on connectivity solutions.
- Collaborate with hospital IT staff to configure the equipment within their existing network infrastructure.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors for troubleshooting and feature updates.
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, software, and customer support teams.
- Documenting all project activities and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer networking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within an FDA/ISO Quality Management System (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with medical device connectivity (a plus).
