Manufacturing Structural Engineer
Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an Industrial Machine Manufacturing company who is hiring for a Manufacturing Structural Engineer. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits while working onsite. The ideal candidate has an advanced understanding of product design and operations. They will analyze product designs to evaluate structural requirements per current codes, providing clear direction to Structural Production Designers for necessary design alterations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze product designs to evaluate structural requirements per current codes.
- Provides clear direction to Structural Production Designers for necessary design alterations.
- Communicate with third-party structural engineering firms to align on structural concepts.
- Support engineering with interpreting and developing structural analysis to meet clients needs.
- Evaluate structural drawings and details to confirm compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering combined with a minimum of five years of applied experience in Structural Engineering.
- Candidate must have EIT, P.E. and/or S.E certification OR the ability and motivation to achieve.
- High proficiency in Revit and in a Structural Analysis program such as; SAP or Robot.
- Advanced understanding of product design and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, people and functions at once.
