Accentuate Staffing is assisting an establish food and beverage manufacturer in the Winston Salem area recruit for a Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of high voltage equipment, including fabrication and assembly.
  • Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair procedures for equipment and facilities.
  • Utilize CMMS software to track and manage equipment maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures.
  • Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Monitor production levels and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze and report on production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance and repair budget.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning within safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in a fast paced manufacturing and maintenance.
  • Strong background in leadership and project management.
  • Experience with CMMS software.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Proficiency with safety equipment, including ohmmeters and voltmeters.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with facilities management and the ability to manage a team of technicians.
  • A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
