Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company who is hiring for a Manager of Quality Systems. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working both remote and onsite. The ideal candidate has extensive quality systems experience at the management level within a fast-paced, pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining personnel and all processes associated with the site’s quality system.
- Develop, establish, implement and oversee all areas of the quality system for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Lead compliance and regulatory programs, ensuring the quality department continuously meets all customer requirements.
- Managing the review and approval of the validations of systems, laboratory methods, processes, laboratory equipment and computers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
- 10+ years of GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Management level experience clearly demonstrated throughout work history.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of all quality system aspects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
