Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Manager of Client Services for a well established and successful Accounts Receivable management company in Durham, NC . The Manager of Client Services will be responsible for the leadership of the department and quality of services provided to the organizations clients. We are seeking candidates with experience in managing staff, training, motivating, and creating a positive work environment. This is a direct hire onsite opportunity with competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects
- Financial: Bank account Reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll
- Program Management: Facilitate changes as required by regulations and clients
- Healthcare Knowledge: A plus, but not required.
- Reconciliation/Auditing:Sub-contractors and internal staff audits
- Training: Ensure that staff are properly trained to meet new client/regulatory needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with accounting or business classes preferred
- Experience managing a team of 8 or more preferably in collections/accounts receivable
- 5 years of knowledge and experience with accounting practices preferred
- Experience with spreadsheets required
- Experience with PDF programs required
- Previous experience in information technology or other related fields preferred.

- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Above average Microsoft Office skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must be able to pass a typing test
