Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of construction products who is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Supervisor will lead a maintenance team to maintain lumber and plywood mill equipment
- Supervisor will drive continuous improvements on production equipment and maintenance efforts
- Supervisor will proactively identify hazards and implement appropriate strategies
- Supervisor will drive safety, compliance, reliability, quality, and production through maintenance activities
- Supervisor will drive safety excellence to ensure team is incident and injury free
Requirements:
- Maintenance Supervisor must have 5 plus years maintenance millwright experience in a heavy industrial setting
- Supervisor must have a working knowledge of CMMS
- Candidates must have previous leadership experience
- Candidates with an Associates degree or higher preferred
- Candidates with previous experience in a wood products manufacturing environment a plus
