Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer in the Louisburg area who is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire position working Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Manager will ensure all manufacturing and facility systems are properly maintained
- Manager will provide technical support for efficient troubleshooting and maintenance to repair and maximize efficiencies and limit downtime
- Manager will drive continuous improvement efforts and initiate cost saving measures
- Manager will provide leadership in implementing and maintaining preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Manager will ensure appropriate inventory levels for replacement parts
- Manager will ensure all quality and regulatory standards and policies are met
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 years maintenance leadership experience in production environments
- Candidates must have 2 years experience with Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Welding, and Hydraulics
- Candidates must have experience in reducing downtime in equipment
- Candidates must have experience implementing cost saving measures
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
