Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer in the Durham area who is looking for a Machine Operator Trainer to join their team. This is a contract-hire position working night shift, 7:45pm-6:15am Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Trainer will train new Machine Operators on various machinery
- Trainer will evaluate and coach Machine Operators
- Trainer will perform quality checks and inspection of work performed
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a strong background operating machinery in a production environment
- Candidates must be familiar with Quality processes
- Candidates must be computer savvy
- Candidates must be reliable, with great attendance, and possess a positive attitude
- Candidates who are bilingual with English and Spanish a plus
