Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing biotechnology company who is hiring for a Laboratory Director. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinical Laboratory Director and upper level management in providing technical and operational oversight.
- Ensures quality expectations and turn-around time of molecular testing performed.
- Manages the daily schedule, priorities, laboratory training of laboratory staff.
- Encourages and maintains positive, high production and performance environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Medical/Molecular Technologist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field.
- 6 years+ as molecular, medical technologist within a clinical laboratory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience within a clinical laboratory is mandatory.
