
Junior Recruiter
Accentuate Staffing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join a dynamic HR team in Cary, NC. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing recruiting software, sourcing candidates through various platforms, and facilitating the interview process for 14 branches. You will play a crucial part in finding top talent that aligns with the overall company culture and meets organizational staffing needs. This position is in office M-Th 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Software Management: Maintain and manage the recruiting software to ensure resumes are properly reviewed and sent to the appropriate recipients.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize recruiting platforms such as Indeed, Clear Company, LinkedIn, and other social media sites to identify and engage with suitable candidates.
- Resume Evaluation: Evaluate resumes for both skill and cultural fit, ensuring the best candidates are selected for the next steps in the recruitment process.
- Hiring Process Management: Update the hiring process log daily to ensure organizational efficiency and timely progress in filling positions.
- Prescreening Candidates: Conduct brief initial interviews to prescreen potential candidates and assess their suitability for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process by coordinating with candidates and relevant departments, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
- Ongoing Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Recruiters: Work closely with other recruiters to track staffing needs across 14 branches, focusing on high-priority staffing requests.
- Targeted Sourcing: Spend considerable time on job platforms such as Indeed to identify and target specific applicants that meet the criteria for open positions.
- Candidate Handover: Send detailed emails about prescreened candidates to the respective branches and facilitate the next steps in the interview process.
- Coordination with Branches: Coordinate interview scheduling with branch managers and recruiters to ensure the smooth selection of candidates.
- Close Communication with VP of HR: Keep the VP of HR informed about staffing needs and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Weekly HR Meetings: Attend weekly HR meetings to stay informed about staffing requirements and contribute to strategic discussions.
Requirements:

- Experience with ATS: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software is preferred.
- Proficiency with Indeed: Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other online recruiting platforms.
- Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on high-priority staffing needs.
- Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is a plus.
