Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a mortgage insurance company that is hiring an IT Auditor to perform Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance control testing while helping to ensure project deliverables are provided as timely as possible. If you have experience working with SOX compliance programs, financial compliance regulations, accounting, and/or experience in the financial services industry, this might be the opportunity for you.
We’re looking for someone with around 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, including IT audit work. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive wage, an annual bonus, and the ability to work in a hybrid capacity from their office in the Raleigh area.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll coordinate across the business, to ensure the execution of the IT SOX program.
- Utilize your understanding of IT functions and activities to ensure timelines for deliverables.
- Work with IT management to obtain evidence of control performance.
- Analyze, test, and document the design and effectiveness of controls while providing feedback to control deficiencies.
Requirements:
- Internal and/or external IT auditing experience (Big 4 Accounting Firm experience is a plus).
- Able to work independently while analyzing and evaluating data and information to assess and determine risk.
- Experience multi-tasking, delegating tasks, and experience improving or suggesting new ways to improve or approach tasks.
- Strong communication and presentations skills
