Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Manager to join a fast-growing software company located in the RTP area. This role is a full-time permanent position and provides competitive pay, excellent benefits, and 4-day work weeks!
Responsibilities:
- Own the infrastructure underlying Product offerings; foundational components impacting site-reliability and DevOps inclusive.
- Collaborate with the engineer & product team-members, exchanging information and ideas for what the product needs and how the infrastructure can support them. Notify the team of any expected changes & impacts based in infra.
- Work with support and development teams to troubleshoot complex issues and design & implement infrastructure solutions.
- Design and implement strategies around capacity planning, automated rollback procedures, and monitoring to improve CI/CD pipeline.
- Continually evaluate the current technology utilized by the company, stay aware of emerging technologies, and develop validation-cases for & processes to improve the current tool-kit.
- Working closely with the Head of IT & Security to complete & maintain SOC2 certification, ensuring due care is taken to secure data, code and IP.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), based in tooling such as Terraform as well as Docker and container management tools such as ECS. Experience with cloud monitoring tools and methodologies, ideally Datadog.
- Proven ability to diagram & document system architecture in a clear & simple manner and present to internal & external stakeholders
- Understanding of CI/CD methodologies. Proficient with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience working in a production environment with a SaaS company. Database (MYSQL, noSQL) working knowledge. Experience with Linux. Utilization & building of RESTful APIs
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience in leadership roles within engineering organizations.
