Accentuate Staffing is assisting a private educational facility in Raleigh who is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday with an on call weekend rotation.
Responsibilities:
- HVAC Maintenance Technician will maintain HVAC systems on campus buildings, equipment, and vehicles
- Technician will maintain air handling units, heat pumps and air conditioning units
- Technician will troubleshoot and repair chilled water systems, boilers, water heaters
- Technician will maintain and repair kitchen and laundry appliances, refrigeration systems
- Technician will manage preventative maintenance program on all HVAC, plumbing equipment, lighting, doors, and gate hardware
- Technician will assist with standard plumbing repairs to include sinks, faucets, showerheads, toilets
- Technician will perform regular maintenance on school vehicles, golf carts, etc.
- Technician will maintain swimming pool in accordance with standards
Requirements:
- Candidates must have hands on HVAC knowledge to include 4+ years HVAC equipment maintenance experience and/or a HVAC license
- Candidates must have knowledge of mechanical systems and commercial building systems
- Candidates must be proficient reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, blueprints
- Candidates must be willing to obtain a Certified Pool Operators license within 6 months of hire
- Candidates must be willing to be on call every 3-4 weekends
