HRIS Analyst
Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a HRIS Analyst for a client in Durham. The HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the HRIS system transition from Workday to UKG, ensuring smooth payroll operations and maximizing system functionality. This role combines technical HRIS expertise with in-depth payroll processing knowledge, contributing to HR initiatives and fostering a seamless user experience. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for the UKG platform, troubleshoot system issues, and implement necessary changes.
- Manage business process workflows, integrations, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and payroll data.
- Assist end-users with UKG-related issues and create comprehensive training materials to support system adoption.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the HRIS Manager, including multi-state payroll compliance.
- Support HRIS-related projects, including system testing, upgrades, and implementation efforts.
- Communicate project status updates, escalate risks, and deliver quality results within set timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology Services, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of UKG Administration experience (UKG certifications preferred).
- Proficiency in UKG HCM modules, Payroll, Benefits, and multi-state payroll processing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise to troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively.
- Knowledge of HR processes, multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
