Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Analyst to work remotely for a healthcare company in Raleigh. This is a 1-year long contract position with the possibility of extension.
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and data integrity of HR systems within the organization. This role involves managing various HR processes, data feeds, and reporting tools to support efficient HR operations and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Support six HR Coordinators, one HR Manager, and a workforce of over 2000+ associates.
- Manage all HR data-related matters, including but not limited to data entry, mass uploading changes, extracting data, and data validation.
- Produce custom/ad hoc reports from various sources and upload them into different dashboards.
- Generate different types of Forms through Office 365 and build automated processes and rules from Power Automate.
- Regularly meet with HR Manager and Operations Supervisors to support their reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities for automation, validation, and self-service to improve HR system processes’ efficiency and data integrity.
- Perform data corrections and history corrections on an as-needed basis.
- Update HRIS workflow and processes and provide training to all end users.
- Review staffing agency invoices and travel expenses, then compute the data into reports for the Finance dept.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role with expertise in HRIS management and data analysis.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now and ServiceNow.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Must have experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, Formulas, What if statements, etc.
- Familiarity with data integration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement and data validation.
- Ability to analyze data, detect anomalies, and propose solutions.
