Accentuate Staffing has an immediate temp-to-hire HR Coordinator opportunity with a global medical device manufacturer in Morrisville. This is onsite Monday through Friday. The HR Coordinator will complement a high-functioning and collaborative team, supporting core HR administrative activities spanning across multiple business units.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Complete I-9 verifications in a timely manner to ensure compliance
  • Provide an exceptional experience for new employees. Activities will include but are not limited to welcome letters, introductory meetings, and supporting new hire orientation activities
  • Provide a supportive offboarding employee experience. Activities will include providing termination letters, FAQs, collecting property, assisting managers with terminations in the HRIS system, and ensuring all supporting documentation is included in the employee files
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Partnering with the HR team, talent acquisition, and hiring managers, assisting in tracking open positions, and creating all necessary and required paperwork surrounding the submission of job requisitions
  • Assist the HR team in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, preparing communications and newsletters, activity tracking, and organizing various employee training programs and events
  • Provide timely first-line support for general employee questions
  • Support scheduling and preparation of documents for performance management and key talent development programs
  • Collaborate with HR team members to drive best practices and support company’s core values
  • Build strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence and shared services, to include Global Compensation, HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, and IT, to provide top-level support to employees

Requirements:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or 2+ years in a role with relevant HR administrative responsibilities in a professional office setting

SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and successfully prioritize and shift focus to respond to the business needs and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate both in a core team and cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems, and best practices
  • Ability to act with integrity and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances
