Accentuate Staffing is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients on their Program Access Resources team on a temporary basis . This role will play a crucial part in delivering high-priority design projects, managing email marketing campaigns, and creating visually compelling presentations for key initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design and Branding Updates
- Edit PDFs, create letterhead designs, and make branding updates.
- Handle time-sensitive design tasks related to major meetings, and product launches
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Design and configure newsletters and mass email campaigns using pre-built templates in platforms like MailJet or MailChimp.
- Ensure all email marketing materials comply with design standards and deadlines.
- Enhanced Presentation Development
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations with animations and advanced formatting for high-visibility projects, such as quarterly reviews, strategic planning cycles, and major meetings like the NSM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-6 years of proven graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Marketing experience within the medical technology industry is a plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailJet or MailChimp)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with strong knowledge of design principles and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Must be locally based in RTP and available to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday
