Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a hands-on Global Accounts Receivable Financing Manager to manage Securitization Programs for global manufacturer located in NC. The Global AR Securitization Manager will Own and manage the A/R Securitization and factoring programs efficiently with a mindset on ensuring costs are minimized and liquidity is maximized. This is a fully remote position, and the ideal candidate will be on Eastern Standard time. The company offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maximize the Finacity securitization program which is currently manual. Requires active reviews of invoicing, customer limits, country limits, dispute resolutions and A/R aging of invoices in program
  • Ensure non-program invoices are transferred timely from program bank accounts and record of those transfers using the bank-to-bank processes in SAP
  • Review and analyze weekly/monthly Finacity reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with the agreements
  • Manage the supply chain factoring programs (currently three) which includes discounting invoices as presented with an eye on impact to Africa loan collateral, monitoring timing of invoices presented and ensuring tracking of all invoices sold for accounting and other reporting
  • Manage the A/R discount program with Standard Bank and ensure all documentation and collections of associated receivables is monitored and actioned timely
  • Lead annual renewal of Finacity and Standard Bank programs including reviewing agreements and coordinating reviews with external legal counsel
  • Lead annual insurance renewal for Finacity
  • Develop a strategy to implement new programs and/or replace existing programs that better maximize liquidity and reduce costs
  • Create system/process efficiencies with current programs and implement any new supply chain programs and/or maintain existing programs including any changes to SAP
  • Organize all program agreements and maintain an up-to-date repository including all amendments and other necessary program documentation
  • Create and maintain program summary for easy reference
  • Prepare program analysis and routine management reporting as well as assist the cash forecasting team with weekly receipts expectations
  • Provide necessary details to accounting monthly/quarterly/annually for journal entries and disclosure documentation and support
  • Coordinate and administer guarantees for securitization programs
  • Administer compliance documentation with each program as needed
  • Primary point of contact for related SOX control documentation and audits
  • Support Global AR and Credit Manager with AR analysis, reporting and other liquidity strategies as needed
  • Ad-hoc support to treasury/finance team with respect to financial reporting and projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration and/or Finance
  • 5+ years in a global A/R credit department preferably with a large multinational manufacturing company.
  • Prior full securitization program experience required
  • Strong excel and data organization
  • Strong understanding of cash flow concepts, financial statements, and forecasting
  • Curious and independent, yet team oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment across business/service lines/departments and transition between high-level thinking and daily responsibilities
  • Demonstrated strength in communications, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with global finance teams.
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC and Qliksense a plus
